Grow and support local businesses’ stand by power generation equipment and operations.</li>\n <li>Proactively manage an account base in an assigned territory using the telephone as their primary tool.</li>\n <li>Qualify accounts, confirm account information, and cultivate relationships through phone calls, email, and occasional in person site visits</li>\n <li>Utilize customer relationship management software to log calls, update the customer’s account information, create opportunities, and for lead generation.</li>\n <li>Work with power systems product support consultants and sales and service teams to execute business transactions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Professional development:</strong> Professional development is an ongoing process encompassing set goals and establish attainable quarterly and yearly objectives in conjunction with supervisor to reinforce continuous improvement and achievement towards company goals.  Complete Caterpillar’s Inside Sales Representative training program.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>\n<p>A four-year undergraduate degree from an accredited college preferred, or 1-3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous sales experience. Strong customer service skills.</li>\n <li>Strong Microsoft computer skills including Excel, Word, CRM, etc.</li>\n <li>Excellent time management and organizational skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Must be a motivated self-starter and work with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Possess sufficient mechanical knowledge to understand customer equipment opportunities and to express these opportunities to the appropriate area within Milton CAT.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Milton CAT is an ever-evolving company that is quickly growing and seeking out highly motivated individuals to add to their team.
