With our ongoing expansion, we&rsquo;re hiring and offering a sign-on bonus!<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Position Title:</strong> Clinical Manager<br><strong>Program(s) and Location:</strong> CORE Marconi (Sacramento, CA)<br><strong>Schedule</strong>: Full-time Non-Exempt, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm <em>(may require working some evenings and weekend schedules)</em><br><strong>Pay rate:&nbsp;</strong>$41.72 - $43.80 hourly depending on qualifications</span></p><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Pre-licensed/Associate&nbsp;</strong>(within 500 hours of licensure &amp; BBS registered)</span></p><ul class=\"decimal_type\"><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">$41.72 hourly</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 20px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Licensed&nbsp;</strong>(LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, etc.)</span></p><ul class=\"decimal_type\"><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">$43.80 hourly<br><br></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>About the Position:</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">The&nbsp;<strong>Clinical Manager</strong> is responsible for the day to day operations and clinical oversight of clinical care. The Clinical Manager will collaborate with the Program Director regarding clinical consultation and daily operations. This position is responsible for ensuring program quality, maintaining Agency standards, and ensuring clinical contractual compliance. The Clinical Manager supervises clinical staff within the program. Additionally, this position is responsible for completing all internal and external quality assurance activities per County Mental Health Plan(s), such as internal and external audit reviews, and overseeing the procedures for maintaining accurate and up-to-date program records. The Clinical Manager ensures that Best Practices of mental health recovery are trained and implemented.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Support individuals with active listening, demonstrate empathy and carry a message of hope and recovery.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Provide client assessments and formulate service plans regarding intensive long or short-term treatment.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Observe, assess, intervene and refer (within one&rsquo;s scope of practice) in situations with clients regarding mental health symptoms, physical health symptoms and substance use issues.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Assists clients and family/caregivers in understanding treatment and the use of therapy and medication. Deliver therapeutic services to clients and family/caregivers, including but not limited to, individual therapy, group therapy and family therapy.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Works with a multi-disciplinary team to provide integrated psychosocial rehabilitative services and attend meetings to ensure continuity of care for clients.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Reviews client assessments, client plans and progress notes to assist treatment team with training and accuracy to meet Medi-Cal billing standards</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Assess, train, and support direct reports including interns/volunteers to ensure quality services</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Participates in the internal and county utilization review process</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Accurately complete all necessary forms, reports and paperwork required by the program on a timely basis (e.g., progress notes, special incident reports, discharge summaries, Medi-Cal billing, EHR forms, HMIS)</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Ensure the protection and confidentiality of all Protected Health Information (PHI) by following all policies and procedures in the agency HIPAA Manual</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Provide after-hours service/back-up and crisis intervention on a rotating basis in applicable programs</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Use motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and harm-reduction practices</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Act as a designated Mandated Reporter for the observed or suspected abuse and/or neglect of children, disabled individuals, dependent adults and elder/senior citizens. &nbsp;Mandated Reporter also includes &ldquo;Duty to Warn&rdquo; which includes the responsibility to notify authorities and the intended victim(s) of physical harm.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Other job duties as assigned<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Directly supervises employees, students, and/or interns as assigned based on agency needs. If staff are licensed by the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) and certified or trained to do so, provides clinical supervision for employees seeking hours toward licensure. &nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization&#39;s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Master&rsquo;s Degree in the field of psychology, counseling or social work and registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Ideal candidate is within 500 hours of completion for BBS testing requirement</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Two (2) years of professional experience in a mental health related setting providing direct services.
