    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p>The ideal candidate will excel in high-level network design and implementation, leveraging Microsoft Cloud Solutions such as Microsoft Entra ID and Intune. They will combine technical expertise with strong cross-cultural communication and presentation skills. This role requires self-directed work, leadership, and client relationship management, all aimed at driving the enterprise network infrastructure and digital workplace forward.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\">Guides complex research, design, development, and implementation of new and emerging technologies, platforms, and services.</li><li>Develop product configuration guidelines, training, rollout, and implementation support for technical architecture projects.</li><li>Apply advanced skills to independently resolve complex problems not covered by existing procedures or practices.</li><li>Displays critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and cross-functional problems.</li><li>Provide third-tier support and escalation point for all network and infrastructure functions &ndash; switching, routing, wireless, client management, On\u0002premises, hybrid, and cloud Active Directory Infrastructure, Exchange, Office 365, Intune device, and mobile device management, etc.</li><li>Design, architect, and manage network infrastructure that best supports business and cloud-first initiatives</li><li>Collaborating with Technical Architects in network and other systems domain designs</li><li>Lead cross-functional teams to define technical solutions</li><li>Limited travel of 10-15% is required to support satellite offices; employees must be able to provide transportation to and from satellite offices and transport desktop-related hardware if needed.</li><li>After-hours, weekends, and holidays may be required depending on work volume, outages, and emergencies.</li><li>Other duties and projects assigned</li></ul><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Education/Knowledge/Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>BS/BA in a related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>Two to four years of successful experience in Information Technology.</li><li>Two to four years of working knowledge/experience of working and supporting Microsoft, Cisco and VMWare technologies</li></ul><p><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Preferred Certificates / Licenses:</strong></p><p>Microsoft certifications</p><p>VMWare Certifications</p><p>Network Certifications</p><p>Essential Job Knowledge</p><p>Requires excellent customer service and organizational skills to support executives, department heads, supervisors, administrative personnel,</p><p>engineers, and staff.</p><p>Intermediate understanding of desktop and server software/hardware, including printer hardware, and the subsequent implementation, support, and</p><p>repair.</p><p>Good understanding of storage technologies like RAID, SAN and HCI.</p><p>Intermediate understanding of desktop Operating Systems from Microsoft.</p><p>Moderate understanding of operating systems and hardware from Apple.</p><p>Ability to read/write/modify object-oriented programming and scripting technologies: PowerShell, and JavaScript.</p><p>Intermediate understanding of Windows server-based Operating Systems and Linux server-based Operating Systems.</p><p>Intermediate understanding of deploying Virtual machines, backup routines and Hyper-Visors.</p><p>Intermediate understanding of networking protocols, topology, and troubleshooting.</p><p>Intermediate understanding of technology such as Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, TCP/IP, LDAP.</p><p>Intermediate to moderate understanding of modern mobile technologies and their implementation in a corporate environment.
