Together, the university’s community of doers, makers, healers, and innovators empowers graduates to change the world, solve 21st-century challenges, and reinvent the future.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>For more information, visit nyit.edu.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Mathematics Department at New York Institute of Technology, has openings for part-time (adjunct) instructors for the Fall 2025 semester at the New York Tech Manhattan Campus.  We expect that the new faculty hires will be assigned courses in Pre-Calculus and Calculus.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Candidate must have a minimum Master’s degree in Mathematics and prior experience in teaching college level in Pre-Calculus and Calculus. </li>\n <li>Instructors teaching these courses must use Cengage WebAssign online homework for their courses. </li>\n <li>Candidates should have prior experience in teaching using an LMS (such as Blackboard or Canvas).</li>\n <li>All adjuncts will be expected to participate in orientation, as needed, before the start of the semester.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Please submit cover letter & resume for consideration.</strong></p>\n<h2>Other Information</h2>\n<p><em>New York Institute of Technology is an Equal Opportunity Employer – </em><em>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>In compliance with local legislation as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, the annual base salary range for this position is listed.
