Full-time regular employes are eligible for Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holidays, Short- and Long-term disability, life insurance, 7% match dollar for dollar 401(k), voluntary programs, discount programs, others.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides Post Donation Instructions</li>\n <li>Perform arm care procedure post donation</li>\n <li>Monitors café and observes donors for reactions and assists staff with reactions if needed.</li>\n <li>Rebooks donors for future donation appointments</li>\n <li>Treats donors with customer service excellence, presenting a positive image by demonstrating VWOS (Versiti Way of Serving) with every interaction</li>\n <li>Performs donor registration ensuring required identification is presented and correct donor is selected and entered On-Site software</li>\n <li>Recruits and converts donors for automation</li>\n <li>Creates a safe environment for donors and staff members</li>\n <li>Demonstrates Core Values: Do Right Always, Find a Better Way, Make Results Happen, and Strengthen the Team</li>\n <li>Recognizes when the customer is distressed and responds appropriately with tact</li>\n <li>Responds to customer inquiries, requests and complaints with a timely and complete response and escalates to leader when appropriate</li>\n <li>Maintain work average of 8 – 10 hours a week per scheduled hours around school and extra curricular activities</li>\n <li>Pack supplies and equipment for mobile drives</li>\n <li>Can be appointed to escort donors (especially at High Schools) to refreshment area and assist with reaction by ensuring donor safety by guiding donor to the floor, reports incident to Team leader or Phlebotomist for donor treatment.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification</li>\n <li>Understands and performs in accordance with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements</li>\n <li>Complies with all standard operating policies and procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School enrollment or active enrollment in general education program required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>1-3 years Experience or participation in club or team activities preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to assist in problem solving required</li>\n <li>Knowledge of standardized work routines and methods, general facts and information and/or the use of simple equipment, machines and materials.
