This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and is eager to grow in project management and field execution.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As a Sr. PE, you'll be responsible for ensuring technical execution, tracking budgets, supporting scheduling and procurement, and managing communication between office and field teams. We don’t just talk about culture, we live it, and it’s a big reason why we’ve been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work multiple years in a row.<br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p>Contract Management</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with change orders and contract documentation.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with contract terms under the guidance of the Project Manager.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Financial Development</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Help track budgets and forecast costs.</li>\n<li>Support subcontractor buyout and financial management efforts.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Governmental / Regulatory Compliance</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Track and support regulatory approvals.</li>\n<li>Communicate with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) to maintain compliance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Estimating / Cost Management</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in maintaining evolving estimates and evaluating subcontractor bids.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Scheduling</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review and monitor project schedules.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with field teams to ensure alignment with milestones.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Procurement</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Help prepare subcontract agreements and procurement documentation.</li>\n<li>Ensure strategies align with project scope and deadlines.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Construction &amp; Quality Assurance</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the submittal process and coordinate drawing/specification reviews.</li>\n<li>Track bulletins, manage work authorizations, and support Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings.</li>\n<li>Assist with closeout documents, punch list tracking, and final walkthroughs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education &amp; Experience:</span></p>\n<p>Preferred Education:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Required Experience:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Successful performance in a Project Engineer role with progressively increasing responsibility.</li>\n<li>3+ years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor preferred.</li>\n<li>Experience supporting contract administration, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and project documentation.</li>\n<li>Exposure to estimating, subcontractor coordination, buyout activities, and field operations.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Technical &amp; Professional Competencies:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project)</li>\n<li>Experience with Procore and Bluebeam</li>\n<li>Strong organizational and technical coordination skills</li>\n<li>Growing leadership and decision-making confidence</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits &amp; Compensation:</span></p>\n<p>We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being of our team and their families:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance</li>\n<li>Company-paid life and disability insurance</li>\n<li>401(k) with company match</li>\n<li>Paid time off, paid holidays, and sick leave</li>\n<li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</li>\n<li>Professional development opportunities</li>\n<li>Company-paid or reimbursed cell phone (position-specific)</li>\n<li>Company vehicle, auto allowance, or mileage reimbursement (position-specific)</li>\n<li>Additional voluntary benefits available</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pay Transparency:</span><br>The salary range for this position is $77,000–$82,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, in accordance with applicable state pay transparency laws.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Equal Opportunity &amp; ADA Compliance:</span></p>\n<p>Bauer Design Build is an equal opportunity employer.
