All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status.</p>\n<p><strong>FEMALES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY TO THIS FIELD BASED POSITION.</strong></p>\n<h2>Duties, Responsibilities & Other</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities: </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Target candidate may be required to operate and maintain a vacuum excavation truck and related equipment safely and efficiently</li>\n <li>Possess the ability to designate/locate a variety of underground utilities, create legible field sketches, simple mathematics, field measurements, document daily activities, and perform records research. </li>\n <li>This position is similar to a utility locator or utility designator and requires minimum of 2 years of utility locating or designating using many types of pipe and cable locating devices </li>\n <li>Experience with Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) is preferred </li>\n <li>Understanding basic traffic control and the hazards associated with working in and around traffic and follow safety precautions </li>\n <li>Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), Surveying, CADD, and vacuum excavation truck experience a plus. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>* Essential Duties and Responsibilities are the basic job functions that an employee must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation. </em></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and/or Skills Required: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience</li>\n <li>Highschool Diploma/GED</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Certificates, licenses, and/or Registrations Required: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid Driver’s License</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain required certifications.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment. Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.</li>\n</ul>",
