NCARB Certification and licensure as an Architect is preferred but not required for this role.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What You&#39;ll Need to Be Successful</strong>:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Able to work closely with others</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Able to build relationships and communicate at every level of a project</li><li>Able to work independently with minimal instruction</li><li>Client facing experience</li><li>Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills</li><li>Proficient/Experienced with SketchUp, Google Earth, Form-It Pro, Enscape, BlueBeam, SpecBuilder Cloud, and CTM BIM Suite.</li></ul><p><strong>What You&#39;ll Do as a Project Architect:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Programming and planning</li><li>Concept Design</li><li>Manage and Lead A/E Design teams</li><li>Interact with Clients and build relationships</li><li>Develop and present design solutions</li><li>Conduct code analysis and research</li><li>Conduct materials and product analysis and research</li><li>Specification writing</li><li>Prepare and manage construction documents</li><li>Research project-related functions and technologies to build credible expertise specific to the project type</li></ul><p>All other duties as assigned.
