This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader who is passionate about quality care and regulatory excellence.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will oversee daily operations, from managing staff and facility programs to ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local long-term care regulations. You’ll collaborate with clinical, administrative, and support teams to uphold CCNC’s mission of delivering exceptional care and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for residents and their families.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Facility Management:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate facility programs in line with CCNC’s goals.</li>\n <li>Maintain and review policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.</li>\n <li>Coordinate activities across departments to ensure optimal care.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compliance & Regulation:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Keep current with long-term care laws and regulations.</li>\n <li>Work with Human Resources on employee relations, training, and performance evaluations.</li>\n <li>Oversee safety protocols including fire prevention, infection control, and emergency preparedness.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Financial Management:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Analyze monthly financial statements and contribute to budget planning.</li>\n <li>Assist in the annual budget process and resource allocation.</li>\n <li>Ensure timely submission of financial records to government agencies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Personnel & Resident Relations:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead hiring, training, and performance evaluations for a multidisciplinary team.</li>\n <li>Foster strong communication with residents, families, and staff.</li>\n <li>Manage resident councils, address concerns, and maintain a safe, comfortable environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Emergency Preparedness & Public Relations:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead emergency preparedness initiatives and represent CCNC in external partnerships.</li>\n <li>Enhance the facility’s public image through community engagement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Continuous Improvement:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Participate in industry workshops and quality assurance initiatives.</li>\n <li>Develop corrective action plans based on survey findings and inspections.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education & Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience if licensed prior to October 1, 1992).</li>\n <li>Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience in a hospital or long-term care setting.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Licensure:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must possess or be eligible to obtain a current Arizona Nursing Home Administrator’s License.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.</li>\n <li>Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and resource allocation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and EMR systems.</li>\n <li>Strong team building, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Daily pay option available.</li>\n <li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance options.</li>\n <li>Paid time off and paid sick leave.</li>\n <li>403b company matched retirement plan.</li>\n <li>Career Growth Opportunities.</li>\n <li>The company provides a $15,000 life insurance payout, with the option to purchase additional coverage.</li>\n <li>Employee assistance program and much more!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Pay Rate: </strong>The starting pay rate for the positions is $114,000 per year, with compensation varying based on experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Join Our Team</strong></p>\n<p>At CCNC, you will have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a supportive, community-focused environment.
