    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/21.47.21/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><strong>***Eligibility for this role will require passing a skills assessment***</strong><br><br><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/21.47.21/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>Position Description:</u></strong></p><p>Performs duties to maintain building and grounds; perform general housekeeping repairs and installations; and conduct scheduled safety audits of safety related equipment through the entire facility.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Primary Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Ensure the building facilities are in good working order and meet expectations</li><li>Perform general installations or repairs including but not limited to plumbing, lighting &ndash; inside and out, painting, and general carpentry</li><li>Repair cook racks and dollies daily to ensure availability for production</li><li>Perform and document weekly inspections of eye wash stations and makes needed repairs</li><li>Perform and document monthly fire extinguisher and emergency lighting inspections making any needed repairs</li><li>Maintain safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations</li><li>Keep walkways clear of snow and ice, maintain emergency exits making sure they are accessible</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Supervisory/Management Responsibilities:</u></strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Not applicable</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li>High school graduate or equivalent</li><li>Able to speak, read, and write English, bilingual (Spanish) preferred</li><li>Proficient in plumbing, electrical, painting, assembly and repairs</li><li>Valid state driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Able to work overtime and weekends as needed</li><li>3 &ndash; 5 years related building maintenance experience preferred</li><li>Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and USDA regulations preferred</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Physical Requirements</u></strong></p><ul><li>Able to lift in excess of 40 pounds on a regular basis</li><li>Able to tolerate extreme temperatures</li><li>Able to operate variety of hand and power tools on a frequent, daily basis</li><li>Able to climb, crouch, kneel and crawl on an occasional basis to service variety of equipment</li></ul><p><br></p><p>This is a union position and comes with benefits provided by the union, upon completion of the 90 day probationary period.
