          "text": "<p><span>Enterprise Risk Analyst</span></p><p><span><br /><b>We have an </b>exciting opportunity for an Enterprise Risk   Analyst located in our Fresno Financial Service Center!  The Enterprise Risk   Analyst will focus on managing responsibilities for multiple risk management, credit committees, and processes.  This position also analyzes emerging risk factors and makes appropriate recommendations to improve risk monitoring and procedures to effectively minimize exposure.   Assignments often involve complex work of a confidential nature that involve Bank-wide impact requiring specialized knowledge.<br /><br />Basic duties include:<br />•    Will be assigned primary responsibilities for risk and credit management committees, to include approval process and drafting of committee minutes.<br />•    Manages various committee processes, to include scheduling, distribution of packages, writing of minutes, submissions to global-based credit committees, and obtaining credit decisions from appropriate authority levels.<br />•    May function as first point of contact for Committee matters.<br />•    Provides analytical support in the administration and development of portfolio reports and monitoring, and policies and procedures.<br />•    Analyzes and investigates trends, builds portfolio reports and/or analysis and portfolio monitoring for presentation to Senior Management, various committees and Regulatory bodies.<br />•    Designs and maintains written procedures for all related processes.<br />•    Builds and maintains relationships with Senior Management within the Bank.<br />•    Performs all other job duties as assigned by supervisor.<br /><br />Successful candidates will possess the following: <br />•    Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field with minimum 5-6 years’ experience required; related experience is preferably in credit, commercial underwriting, financial analysis, or financial reporting.<br />•    Requires credit, underwriting, or financial analysis knowledge to report on complex risk<br />•    Excellent business writing skills required. <br />•    Good project management skills. <br />•    Strong analytical capacity, and communication skills.<br />•    Ability to work without direct supervision.<br />•    May require occasional travel.</span></p><p><span><b><br /></b><strong><b><span>5+ to 7 years experience</span></b></strong><br /><br /><strong><b>IDEAL CANDIDATE</b></strong></span></p><p><span>Successful candidates will possess the following: <br />•    Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field with minimum 5-6 years’ experience required; related experience is preferably in credit, commercial underwriting, financial analysis, or financial reporting.<br />•    Requires credit, underwriting, or financial analysis knowledge to report on complex risk<br />•    Excellent business writing skills required. <br />•    Good project management skills. <br />•    Strong analytical capacity, and communication skills.<br />•    Ability to work without direct supervision.<br />•    May require occasional travel.</span><br /></p>",
