The family values open communication and is looking for someone they can build a strong, long-term relationship with.<strong>Schedule </strong></p>\n<p>Monday-Friday 9:30am-5:30pm</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Providing attentive, developmentally focused care for one toddler</li>\n <li>Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, exploration, and growth</li>\n <li>Supporting developmental milestones through play and structured activities</li>\n <li>Taking the child outdoors daily for walks, playground visits, classes, and active play</li>\n <li>Facilitating social opportunities and coordinating playdates when appropriate</li>\n <li>Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the child</li>\n <li>Child's laundry and maintaining organization of child-related spaces</li>\n <li>Maintaining nursery and play areas, including diaper pail and diaper trash management</li>\n <li>Assisting with school drop-offs and pick-ups once school begins</li>\n <li>Traveling with the family as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Active, energetic, and comfortable keeping up with a busy toddler</li>\n <li>Warm, engaging personality with excellent communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to build a strong relationship with both the child and parents</li>\n <li>Well-connected within the nanny community and comfortable facilitating playdates and social opportunities</li>\n <li>Spanish or French language skills are a plus, but not required</li>\n <li>Can swim</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Formal education in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field strongly preferred</li>\n <li>Significant professional nanny experience with toddlers</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of developmental milestones and age-appropriate learning</li>\n <li>Authorized to work in the United States and willing to be paid on payroll</li>\n <li>Prior experience traveling with families preferred</li>\n <li>Comfortable with periodic domestic travel</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li>\n <li>Ability to drive </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary and Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>$40–$50/hour DOE</li>\n <li>Standard benefits to be discussed </li>\n <li>Travel expenses covered while accompanying the family</li>\n</ul>",
