    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Director of AI Solutions will lead the strategy, design, and deployment of secure enterprise AI capabilities focused on regulated and high-trust environments. This role will drive the development of a secure AI application layer that enables organizations to safely operationalize generative AI through governance, compliance, workflow integration, and multi-model orchestration.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ideal candidate understands that enterprise AI value is created not only through model capability, but through secure deployment, policy enforcement, auditability, and integration into mission-critical workflows.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead enterprise AI solution strategy and execution across regulated environments. </li>\n <li>Design and oversee secure AI architectures including:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Multi-model orchestration </li>\n   <li>AI governance and guardrails </li>\n   <li>Role-based access controls </li>\n   <li>Audit logging and compliance automation </li>\n   <li>Secure middleware and API integration </li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Partner with proposal, capture, sales, cybersecurity, compliance, and product teams to operationalize AI securely at scale. </li>\n <li>Drive integration of AI capabilities into enterprise systems, workflows, and business operations. </li>\n <li>Develop persona-based AI use cases, prompt libraries, and reusable enterprise agents. </li>\n <li>Support customer adoption from pilot programs to enterprise-wide deployment. </li>\n <li>Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and customers on responsible AI implementation.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s a plus)</li>\n <li>8+ years of experience in enterprise technology, AI solutions, cybersecurity, or digital transformation. </li>\n <li>Experience delivering AI or cloud solutions in regulated industries such as government, defense, healthcare, or financial services. </li>\n <li>Strong understanding of: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Generative AI and LLM ecosystems </li>\n   <li>AI governance and security </li>\n   <li>Enterprise architecture and integrations </li>\n   <li>Compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST, SOC 2, HIPAA, etc.) </li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and enterprise initiatives. </li>\n <li>Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Strategic Focus</strong></p>\n<p>This role is focused on building the secure operational layer that allows enterprises and government organizations to safely adopt AI within existing security, compliance, and workflow requirements.
