Do you have basic knowledge of problem solving, and technical  mechanical skills???  We are looking for you!!!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Pay Range:</strong> $29.50-$40.43 an hour - paid weekly (Based on Experience)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Maintenance Technician </strong>available shift: 7:00AM to 7:00PM - 2-2-3 Schedule</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>As a Maintenance Technician you will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical wiring and electronic controllers is necessary.</li>\n <li>As a Maintenance Technician you will tear down; replace defective component units and parts such as bearings, motors, servo motors, PLC's, gears, electronic drives, clutches, brakes, belts, chains and electrical parts.</li>\n <li>Maintenance Technician's perform all preventive maintenance checks, as required.</li>\n <li>Works from specifications on blueprints, drawings, and layouts.</li>\n <li>Repair equipment to maximum efficiencies, which meet or exceed productivity improvements and waste reduction requirements.</li>\n <li>Continuously monitor equipment and communicate to supervision all equipment problems or concerns. </li>\n <li>Follows safety rules and keeps work area in a clean and orderly condition</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintenance Technician candidates should have 3+ years of Maintenance experience within a manufacturing organization.</li>\n <li>Prior Injection Molding or Extrusion, preferred.</li>\n <li>Must have High School diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>Experience with Packaging Equipment is desirable.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems and machinery</li>\n <li>Must be able to read blueprints.</li>\n <li>Maintenance Technicians should have own tools; company will provide additional specialty tools if necessary.</li>\n <li>Proficient with Computers is a plus.</li>\n <li>Initiative – Volunteers readily; Undertakes self-development activities; Seeks increased responsibilities; Takes independent actions and calculated risks; Looks for and takes advantage of opportunities; Asks for and offers help when needed.</li>\n <li>Good communication skills are required to interact with Supervision and other Departments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>#INDDist</strong></p>\n<h2>Company Benefits</h2>\n<h2>What You'll Get From Us</h2>\n<h3>Benefits</h3>\n<p>With safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
