They ensure that proper processes are followed and that errors are addressed quickly. Join a company that invests in you from day one.</p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">WHAT YOU WILL DO</span></strong></p><ul><li>Work and collaborate with leadership team for process improvements and provide support throughout the DC.</li><li>Efficiently monitor customer orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping of products ensuring they meet company standards for safety, security, accuracy, and productivity.</li><li>Operate required machinery with specified departments, which may include cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and stock chasers.&nbsp;</li><li>Follow &amp; commit to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI&rsquo;s) for safety, quality, production, &amp; efficiency.</li><li>Report and record any discrepancy, damaged items, shortages, or unidentified packages.</li><li>Maintain required processed/procedure audits.</li><li>Train in customer service duties as required.</li><li>Monitor and train new hires to ensure optimal productivity and quality.</li><li>Maintain organization and cleanliness of Distribution Center.</li><li>Follows all SOPs, safety rules, and regulations.</li><li>Acts professionally and remains focused &ndash; contributing to a culture and environment focused on a safe working environment.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned and be willing to cross train.</li></ul><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">WHAT WE&#39;RE LOOKING FOR</span></strong></p><ul><li>Must be 18 years of age.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li><li>Ability to read and speak English.&nbsp;</li><li>Must have reliable transportation.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to follow detailed instructions.</li><li>Ability to operate a warehouse equipment and machinery.</li><li>Must be comfortable using electronic devices.</li><li>Can lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation.</li><li>Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately.</li><li>Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information.</li><li>Must be flexible with start and departure time changing.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work overtime when needed.</li><li>Ability to work independently without close supervision.</li><li>Responsible for any additional duties assigned.</li></ul><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">PHYSICAL DEMANDS</span></strong></p><p>In performing this job, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent grasping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling of items with hands and arms, up to 50 lbs.
