          "text": "<p>We are seeking a motivated and proactive <strong>Groundsman - Shuttle Train Operator</strong> to join the rail operations team in <strong>Montréal‑Est</strong>, working <strong>Monday to Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.</strong></p><p>Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for performing rail car movements safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.</p><p><strong>What you will be responsible for :</strong></p><ul><li>Perform safe rail yard operations, including movements involving rail cars, trains, and locomotives;</li><li>Move rail cars and coordinate movements according to operational instructions;</li><li>Couple and uncouple rail cars during rail operations;</li><li>Operate rail equipment and shuttle trains, as required;</li><li>Communicate with the team using a radio to direct and secure movements, including indicating when to start, stop, reverse, and apply or release air brakes;</li><li>Board moving rail cars using side ladders;</li><li>Perform various related tasks associated with the site’s rail operations.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong><u>To join our team :</u></strong></p><ul><li>You have previous experience as a yard crew member or as part of a railway operations team (asset);</li><li>You have strong teamwork skills and clear, effective communication abilities;</li><li>You are in good physical condition and able to repeatedly climb on and off rail cars;</li><li>You have the ability to lift more than 50 lbs, handle air hoses, and secure rail car brakes, derails, and switches;</li><li>You are proactive and able to quickly assess situations, with team safety as a top priority;</li><li>You are comfortable performing physically demanding work in all weather conditions;</li><li>You have experience in a manufacturing environment and in operating heavy vehicles or equipment (loaders, cranes, shuttle trains).</li></ul><ul></ul>",
