Description
Reception Lead – Olympia Orthopaedic Associates
Location: Centralia, WA
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.90-$29.70 per hour
(Pay is determined based on years of experience)
Summary of benefits:
OOA covers part or all of the cost for Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Long-term Disability Insurance. Employees are eligible to participate in a 401k plan with company matching. Flex spending plans, uniform allowances, and an Employee Assistance Program available as well. PTO is accrued depending on position, tenure, and FTE status.
Olympia Orthopaedics is a drug-free, alcohol-free, and smoke-free workplace. If offered employment, passage of background screen and pre-employment drug screen is required. Please note nicotine levels are included in testing.
Reception Lead Summary:
As the backbone of the Reception Team, your role as the Reception Lead will be to supervise the front office to ensure policies and procedures are followed and expectations of providing a high level of patient care are met. Your daily tasks would include monitoring clinic volumes and delegating downtime tasks when needed. This role will require problem solving abilities as you take calls from the Doctor Line, handle scheduling issues such as late patients or rescheduling needs, along with stepping in as a receptionist to take calls and check in patients when needed.
You will be supported in these goals with regular communication and assistance from our Leadership Team who encourage your professional development and provide fun incentives for a job well done.
Reception Lead Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a medical office setting, working with insurances and patients. Proven Leadership experience, preferably in a medical office setting. Excellent skills in customer service and multi-tasking. A basic knowledge of computers and troubleshooting.
