Make an Impact.</h2>\n<p>WarHorse Gaming Omaha is seeking a dedicated and experienced <strong>Security Supervisor</strong> to help ensure the safety, security, and integrity of our casino operations. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing Security Team Members during assigned shifts, protecting company assets, assisting with investigations, and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and company policies.</p>\n<p>If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong leadership skills, and are passionate about providing a safe and welcoming experience for guests and team members, we encourage you to apply.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervise and support Security Team Members during assigned shifts.</li>\n <li>Ensure all applicable company policies, gaming regulations, and legal requirements are consistently enforced.</li>\n <li>Assist with investigations involving guests, team members, incidents, and property-related matters.</li>\n <li>Identify, assess, and respond to potential safety and security risks.</li>\n <li>Protect company assets, guests, and team members through proactive security measures.</li>\n <li>Detain individuals when probable cause exists and coordinate with law enforcement and gaming officials when necessary.</li>\n <li>Maintain and monitor company-wide key control procedures.</li>\n <li>Prepare accurate reports and documentation regarding incidents and investigations.</li>\n <li>Respond to emergencies and provide leadership during critical situations.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We're Looking For</h2>\n<h3>Required Qualifications</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 19 years of age.</li>\n <li>Associate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>\n <li>Minimum three (3) years of security-related experience.</li>\n <li>Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.</li>\n <li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.</li>\n <li>Ability to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.</li>\n <li>Valid driver's license.</li>\n <li>CPR Certification or ability to obtain certification.</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous casino, gaming, hospitality, or resort security experience.</li>\n <li>Experience supervising teams in a high-volume environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Core Competencies</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Guest Focus</li>\n <li>Leadership & Initiative</li>\n <li>Teamwork Orientation</li>\n <li>Communication Proficiency</li>\n <li>Ethical Conduct</li>\n <li>Problem Solving & Analysis</li>\n <li>Decision Making</li>\n <li>Flexibility & Adaptability</li>\n <li>Stress Management & Composure</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical & Work Environment Requirements</h2>\n<p>This position requires frequent walking throughout the property, responding to emergencies, maintaining situational awareness, and working in a dynamic casino environment. Team Members must be able to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.</li>\n <li>Stand and walk for extended periods.</li>\n <li>Work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.</li>\n <li>Navigate stairs, confined spaces, and large facilities.</li>\n <li>Maintain focus in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.</li>\n <li>Work around secondhand smoke and moderate to high noise levels.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Schedule Requirements</h2>\n<p>The gaming and hospitality industry operates around the clock.
