This role reports directly to the Director of Product Enablement, a function within the U.S. Legal and Compliance department, and plays a critical part in supporting regulatory compliance and product expansion efforts.&nbsp; In this key role, you will lead the preparation, submission, and management of insurance product form and rate filings across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with Underwriting Counsel, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and enabling the timely launch of new and revised commercial lines insurance products &nbsp;This is a high-impact role that combines regulatory expertise with strategic collaboration across Legal &amp; Compliance, Underwriting, Operations/IT and Actuarial teams.</span><br><br><span style=\"border: 1pt windowtext; padding: 0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><p style=\"vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"border: 1pt windowtext; padding: 0in;\">Analyze and interpret state-specific regulatory requirements to develop compliant filing strategies; prepare and submit complete filing packets through FilingRamp/SERFF and manage communications with insurance regulators to obtain timely approvals.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"border: 1pt windowtext; padding: 0in;\">Provide regulatory guidance and subject matter expertise during product development and enhancement discussions to ensure filings align with business objectives and compliance expectations.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"border: 1pt windowtext; padding: 0in;\">Partner cross-functionally with Underwriting, Actuarial and Operations/IT to coordinate the successful implementation of new and revised product forms, rules, and rating manuals plans across applicable jurisdictions.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"border: 1pt windowtext;
