The primary role and responsibility would include providing hands-on assistance, instruction and guidance, while supporting people as they work to reach their goals and fullest potential.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Work Schedule: Varies with the hours being betweeen 9:00a.m.-3:00p.m. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Pay Rate: $18-$19 per hour</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Location: Syracuse, NY</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<li>Must be 21 years old.</li>\n<li>Possess a valid NYS driver's license with 4 points or less.</li>\n<li><strong>Use of personal vehicle required.</strong></li>\n<li>Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred. </li>\n<li>NYS background checks required. </li>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Toomey Residential and Community Services believes that individuals have a unique value and should be treated equally according to their human rights.
