Ranked as a top PMCM firm by Engineering News-Record (ENR) for more than three decades, our award-winning team provides a full range of services to public and private sector clients in the aviation; healthcare; education (K-12 and higher); justice and essential services; science and technology; state and local government; transportation; water and wastewater; energy; and commercial, residential and nonprofit markets.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Using PMIS and other sources, reviews cost and contract performance of the CapitalProgram and report variances and risks</li>\n <li>Develops programmatic policies, procedures, and reports to ensure proper cost controls across theCapital Program.</li>\n <li>Performs independent analysis of project cost and contract performance throughout the project lifecycle, including but not limited to, budgeting, invoice processing, progress reporting, resourcemanagement, and closeout.</li>\n <li>Assists in the development of and administers Program Services Budget.</li>\n <li>Collaborates with the Program Risk Manager to properly calculate and report project andprogrammatic risks.</li>\n <li>Works to develop tools and coordinates cost recording, monitoring, and reporting practices forcompliance with applicable standards accuracy and consistency.</li>\n <li>Assists and trains cost engineering staff across the Capital Program.</li>\n <li>Collaborates with Finance and the Estimating team on the Asset Register and project Capitalization.</li>\n <li>Collaborates with Controls staff on Expenditure Forecasting.</li>\n <li>Support controls efforts to respond to internal and external audits.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, business or other related field. Master’sdegree preferred. </li>\n <li>15 years or more of experience, preferably on airport projects.</li>\n <li>Previous project controls experience on a large-scale, multi-million dollar construction projectrequired. Experience on a large-scale aviation-related project is required. Experience evaluating andreporting on at least two types of Alternative Delivery methods is required.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated success on the job, as evidenced by satisfactory performance, acceptance ofresponsibility and growth in previous positions. Proven accuracy, reliability and completeness in jobaccomplishment.</li>\n <li>Must be a self-starter attitude with proactive, results-oriented focus; and willing and capable toassume additional responsibilities.</li>\n <li>Effective oral and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Must be able to interface with a variety of people with different technical levels and educationalbackgrounds; must be detail-oriented and highly organized; and must be able to produce accurateand timely results while maintaining a customer-service attitude.</li>\n <li>Must present a “can-do” spirit within the controls team: inspiring them to produce consistentlyaccurate results at a fast pace.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to understand a demanding, technical and complicated construction program;and the ability to communicate progress and issues to a technical- and management-level audience.</li>\n <li> Expertise in other Project Controls disciplines (scheduling, estimating, risk management) stronglydesired.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of software products, e.g. Excel, Word, etc.</li>\n <li>Experience with industry PMIS systems such as PMweb, etc.</li>\n <li>Experience with Adobe Acrobat is required.</li>\n <li>Experience with Primavera Project Planner Version 6.0 or higher is desirable.</li>\n <li>This position offers a hybrid/telework schedule. Telework - Monday and Friday.
