    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Title:&nbsp;</strong>Aerial Drop Technician</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Division:&nbsp;</strong>FiOptix Inc</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>FSLA Status</strong>: Non-Exempt</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Reports To:&nbsp;</strong>General Manager</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Job Summary:&nbsp;</strong>The Aerial Drop Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecommunications drop lines from distribution points to customer premises. This role supports fiber and coaxial network deployment and requires working safely at heights, operating specialized equipment, and adhering to all company, customer, and State safety regulations.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Install aerial drop lines (fiber, telephone lines and/or coax) from pole to premise in accordance with construction prints and customer specifications</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Secure cable to existing aerial infrastructure</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Climb utility poles using gaffs or operate bucket trucks to complete installations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform basic splicing, terminations, and testing of fiber, telephone lines and/or coax drops</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure proper grounding and bonding per applicable codes and standards</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct site assessments and identify potential hazards or access issues</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain accurate documentation of work completed, including photos and as-builts&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatch, and customers</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Follow all safety protocols, including Cal/OSHA regulations and company safety policies</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working condition&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Inspect and test CATV, coax, telephone lines and/or fiber</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Drive and operate line vehicles and station them properly for the work to be done</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Adhere to all safety requirements and procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Organize materials and basic hand tools necessary to complete project requirements</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Complete all required Company documentation; maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment inspections&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong> To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily.
