The successful person will be an advocate of our mission, values, and brand from a Facilities Level.</p><p><strong data-pasted=\"true\">Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain proper pool and spa water chemistry in accordance with Minnesota health regulations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Operate, monitor, and maintain filtration, circulation, and chemical systems</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on pools, hot tubs, and related equipment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Troubleshoot and repair pumps, heaters, valves, and mechanical systems</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure all aquatics areas are clean, safe, and guest-ready at all times</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partner with the broader Facilities team to support and assist with property-wide general maintenance needs</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Respond promptly to service requests with a solutions-oriented and guest-first mindset</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain accurate logs and documentation for compliance and internal standards</li></ul><p><strong data-pasted=\"true\">Job Requirements</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience in pool operations, aquatics maintenance, or related field</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of water chemistry, pool systems, and safety regulations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude</li></ul><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Education &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High school diploma or GED preferred.</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in grounds keeping, property management, or a related field; experience in hospitality or golf course maintenance is a plus.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license may be required for the operation of company vehicles.</li></ul><p>#GVL</p></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
