    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Oracle HCM Cloud Integration Engineer</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Houston, TX or Wilmington, DE</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Hybrid Work Model (onsite 3 days/week, remote days/week)</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Some of the things you'll be doing:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Utilize Oracle HCM Cloud expertise to provide solutions and implement enhancements to existing processes and integrations.</li>\n <li>Work with stakeholders to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot issues, working tenaciously to understand the root cause.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Oracle development when issues require escalation and ensure they are resolved.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Develop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architectures and solutions.</li>\n <li>Support the planning, scoping, and creation of technical solutions for the new product capabilities, through to continuous delivery to production.</li>\n <li>Drive common vision, practices, and capabilities across the team.</li>\n <li>Provide expertise related to reporting, analytics, and dashboards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What technical skills, qualifications, and experience do you need?&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 10 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Project implementation or support experience with many of the following Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, Time and Labor, Absence, Learn, Benefits, and Recruiting</li>\n <li>Experience with HCM Extract, HDL, PBL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formulas, Workflows, OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) and Alerts</li>\n <li>Automate repetitive HR processes using AI/ML tools and Oracle HCM features</li>\n <li>Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions</li>\n <li>Experience developing integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third party vendors (payroll, benefit providers)</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud data model, SQL, PLSQL &amp; Java</li>\n <li>Knowledge of web service development, design and specifications writing with SOAP and REST</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud security</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to listen to customer needs and provide a solution</li>\n <li>Collaborative and inquisitive nature</li>\n <li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people who have technical and non-technical backgrounds</li>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline preferably Computer Science or Software Development</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (Technical or AI/ML-focused)</li>\n <li>Experience with JavaScript, Python, or any AI-related programming languages</li>\n <li>Familiarity with security concepts in HCM Cloud (roles, privileges, data security)</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">#CSC #CSCCareers #LI-HL1</p>",
