We concept, create, design and market our creative products directly to our customers, and leverage licenses with the biggest names in entertainment and sports to bring unique and curated products to our customers across the globe.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We're currently seeking a <strong>Global FP&A and Debt Compliance Manager</strong> who will be responsible for providing financial leadership for The Bradford Group, Inc. including weekly and monthly reporting (both internal and external), quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, debt covenant projections and strategic planning.  Responsible for overseeing development of internal/stretch planning and as well as modifications to derive more conservative planning for external reporting purposes.  The manager will oversee planning and communication, work to identify and resolve issues, offer ideas that can drive results to meet or exceed targets and to create efficiencies.  This position will also play a key role as the company implements an ERP system that will update the finance area. This position interacts with and builds relationships with lead finance roles in our international office and affiliated company as well as members of the Global Finance department. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>How you will contribute: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead global financial planning and analysis activities, including monthly reporting, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, KPIs, and ad‑hoc reporting.</li>\n <li>Analyze actual results and performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and partner with business leaders to support informed decision‑making. </li>\n <li>Oversee debt compliance activities, including projections, covenant monitoring, lender reporting, and supervision of the debt compliance accountant. </li>\n <li>Prepare monthly executive and external reporting packages, including narrative summaries by business segment. </li>\n <li>Maintain and enhance global reporting models, ensuring efficient, well‑documented, and standardized processes. </li>\n <li>Develop and improve budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analytical tools to support strategic initiatives. </li>\n <li>Collaborate with global accounting, regional finance teams, and business units to implement best practices and drive process improvements. </li>\n <li>Lead FP&A system enhancements and support broader financial system upgrades. </li>\n <li>Manage, mentor, and develop financial analysts and compliance staff; support additional ad‑hoc projects as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What you will bring and skills that excite us:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.</li>\n <li>5+ years of relevant work experience required.</li>\n <li>Experience with system implementation required.</li>\n <li>Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially with higher level Excel functionality; experience with Adaptive Planning and Infor/FSM a plus.</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills and ability to work with a wide range of people required.</li>\n <li>Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment; must be a self-starter.</li>\n <li>Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage competing priorities and meeting deadlines.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage a large amount of data while maintaining a high level of accuracy.</li>\n <li>Curious, passionate, and persistent.<p> </p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Bradford at a glance: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Our scale:</strong> We have over 250 employees based out of our global headquarters right outside of Chicago, we have marketing operations in over 10 countries worldwide, and have over 32 million customers served.</li>\n <li><strong>Compensation and benefits: </strong>We offer a competitive compensation plan and great benefits, with some benefits starting from day 1!</li>\n <li><strong>We own the company:</strong> Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) which allows you to not only derive the benefits of working as an employee at The Bradford Group, but also gain the benefits of being an owner.</li>\n <li><strong>Professional Development:</strong> There is always room to learn!
