We are seeking an exceptional <strong>Management Consultant</strong> with a strong background in <strong>Project Management and experience in Consulting, Utilities, IT, or Oil &amp; Gas</strong>.</p><p>The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of industry best practices, a broad knowledge of business and technology solutions, and hands-on experience managing complex business processes or technology transformation projects. In addition, the candidate should demonstrate an understanding of emerging AI capabilities, including <strong>Generative AI and agentic AI</strong>, and how these technologies can be applied responsibly to improve productivity, enhance decision-making, streamline operations, and support innovation across client environments.</p><p>As a Project Manager, you will lead and oversee complex initiatives from planning through delivery, ensuring projects are completed successfully, on time, and with a strong focus on client satisfaction. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, technology enablement, and AI-driven transformation, while helping clients navigate change and adopt new ways of working.</p><p>If you are a results-driven professional with a proven track record in project delivery, consulting, and transformation across any of these sectors — and you are interested in helping organizations leverage both <strong>traditional and emerging technologies, including AI </strong>— we encourage you to apply and be part of our dynamic and growing team.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Must be local to Edmonton and the surrounding area</strong>&#xa0;– and willing to work in a hybrid environment with a combo of remote and on-client site.</p><p><em>**Please note the following:</em></p><ul><li><strong>Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and the position will remain open until a suitable candidate is found.</strong></li><li>While our offices are located in Alberta, you may be asked to work East Coast hours should our client have that requirement.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with clients to define business objectives, scope, success criteria, and project strategy.</li><li>Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, resources, risks, and dependencies.</li><li>Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Facilitate meetings, workshops, and status updates to support engagement and decision-making.</li><li>Lead project execution, ensuring delivery remains on scope, schedule, budget, and aligned with quality expectations.</li><li>Monitor performance, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.</li><li>Define and track KPIs, conduct post-implementation reviews, and apply lessons learned to improve future delivery.</li><li>Mentor and coach team members while staying current on industry trends and project management best practices.</li><li>Demonstrate strong management consulting capabilities, including structured problem-solving, analytical thinking, executive-level communication, stakeholder management, business case development, and the ability to translate complex and ambiguous business challenges into practical, actionable recommendations.</li></ul>",
