    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div>The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for all aspects of more complex Project Management, including monitoring construction contract compliance and coordination of services in support of the campus departments to ensure the construction phases of projects are on schedule, high-quality, cost-effective, and appropriate to the project needs. This involves all elements of Project Management from cost estimating through construction closeout, including initial budgeting, safety compliance, and contract compliance. The PM works with the Program Managers, Senior Project Managers and Construction Managers to organize, plan, and control the construction efforts on projects. This involves selecting general contractors and subcontractors and coordinating construction activities on multiple project sites, including construction inspectors and others associated with the projects.</div>",
