    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Production Co-Op is a part time position responsible for interpreting fabrication drawings, assembling PVC systems and supporting the packaging and shipment of equipment.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Co-Op will run June - Aug  2026</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Compensation- $25/hr</p>\n<p>Local Travel: N/A</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Read fabrication drawings and build PVC systems</li>\n <li>Pull parts from Inventory and stage production orders for building</li>\n <li>Assist with packaging and staging equipment for shipment</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Graduated High School</li>\n <li>Ability to read fabrication drawings</li>\n <li>Attention to detail</li>\n <li>Basic understanding of workplace safety</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Physical Requirements</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Climb, ascend, and descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and industrial equipment safely using hands, arms, and legs.</li>\n <li>Reach and extend hands and arms in all directions.</li>\n <li>Stand and walk for extended periods.</li>\n <li>Push, pull, lift, bend, and stoop for extended periods.</li>\n <li>Use upper body strength to move objects and equipment with controlled force.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Occasionally work in temperatures above 100°F for periods exceeding one hour.</p>\n<p><strong>EEO/AA/F/M/Vet/Disabled</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>",
