We are passionate about working alongside our client’s and partners to maintain the utility services essential to modern life throughout the UK.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Role:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As a works scheduler, you will be responsible for effectively planning and coordinating work of our Streetworks and Reinstatement teams throughout a designated area. You will be planning and coordinating the work through communication with internal and external customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, dedicated team situated in our modern and welcoming office in Lingley Mere.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location: </span>United Utilities building, Haweswater House, Lingley Mere, Great Sankey, Warrington.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hours: </span>Monday to Friday – 40 Hours per week.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary: </span>£25,875-£26,915 (depending on experience) per annum</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities – but not limited to:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full customer compliance interaction to support case owner process</li>\n<li>The role will be expected to schedule/jeopardy manage each operation raised</li>\n<li>Regional ownership of schedule and customer for all work</li>\n<li>Monitor the schedule and jeopardy manage for planned and reactive work</li>\n<li>Manage the schedule in line with the case owner core principles</li>\n<li>Monitor and manage appointments</li>\n<li>Proactive customer touch points with CMEX in mind</li>\n<li>Support system and process improvements</li>\n<li>Support TM requirements</li>\n<li>Manage street works/permits</li>\n<li>Full compliance on ZOI and utility prints</li>\n<li>Maintain KPI/ODI levels within work bank</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Measures</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>CMEX Performance measures, Regulatory measures</li>\n<li>Operational performance measure</li>\n<li><span>Comply with the Companies H&amp;S policies and procedures</span></li>\n<li><span>Scheduling and Customer measures</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Personal and PDR measures</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience and qualifications required for the role:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent customer service – both written and verbal</li>\n<li>Problem solving skills</li>\n<li>Clear and concise speaking skills</li>\n<li>Excellent listening skills</li>\n<li>Competent in IT, accurate data entry</li>\n<li>Team player but will be able to work autonomously</li>\n<li>Ability to multitask</li>\n<li>Ability to work to deadlines</li>\n<li>GCSE English and Maths</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will get in return:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>In joining Sapphire Utility Solutions as part of the Lanes Group - the UK’s largest independent provider, we are committed to fostering a workplace culture that prioritises the well-being, growth, and safety of our employees.
