The boat bar offers <strong>23 bar seats and approximately 50 additional patio table seats</strong>, creating a dynamic and memorable outdoor dining space.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Yes — <strong>it is a real boat bar</strong>, and it just opened for the Season.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Job Overview</h2>\n<p>Responsible for set-up, mixing of drinks, service and clean-up of bar area while enduring quality service, guest satisfaction and the achievement/maintenance of company standards and profit maximization.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards.</li>\n <li>Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner; maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by company policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists.</li>\n <li>Know and comply with state liquor laws.</li>\n <li>Ensure established pars are maintained.</li>\n <li>Perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education/Formal Training</strong></p>\n<p>Bartending training and certification, TIPS Certified</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>\n<p>6 months bartending</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge/Skills</strong></p>\n<p>Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
