Resumes are welcome, and early conversations are starting now.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>PM Responsibilities include:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Developing a purchasing schedule and strategy to anticipate, address and resolve purchasing challenges during the early stages of pre-construction.</li>\n <li>Collaborating with Estimating and Purchasing in set up of projects to insure profitability, client satisfaction and the best subcontractors for the project.</li>\n <li>Working in partnership with the Project Superintendent to maintain an updated and accurate project schedule.</li>\n <li>Thorough completion of all financial data with an eye to quickly identify potential/existing issues that could lead to subpar financial performance.</li>\n <li>Maintaining and developing relationships to reinforce a commitment to world-class customer service across the board: including co-workers, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and the design community.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>5-10+ years of experience in construction project management with a commercial general contractor.</li>\n <li>Proven project experience in commercial, tenant interiors, hospitality and high end luxury retail</li>\n <li>Large project or Flag Ship experience a plus</li>\n <li>Direct responsibility of leading and developing staff.</li>\n <li>Highly organized, client focused, and ability to connect</li>\n <li>Bi-lingual a plus!</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>EEO Information</h2>\n<p>Eligible candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship or restriction, now and in the future.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Shawmut prohibits discrimination against any staff member or applicant on the basis of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, age, religion, national origin, marital status, veteran status, pregnancy, physical or mental disability, genetic information, disability, creed, citizenship status, or any other legally protected characteristic.</p>\n<h2>Salary Range Information</h2>\n<p><strong>Miami Base Salary Range: $95,000 - $180,000 </strong>The range stated is specific to Miami.
