In this role, you will have the opportunity to communicate and work directly with clients, attend meetings and assist with their business strategy and decision making.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Your primary responsibilities will include:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communicate with clients and team to properly complete client engagements.</li>\n<li>Conduct client-specific research as required.</li>\n<li>Prepare working papers and tax returns.</li>\n<li>Participate in client and team meetings.</li>\n<li>Conduct research on assigned topics to add to the firm’s body of knowledge</li>\n<li>On an ongoing basis, identify opportunities for additional Rise services with existing clients and proactively move the opportunity forward within the firm as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Required Experience, Qualifications and Characteristics:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undergraduate university degree</li>\n<li>CPA designation</li>\n<li>2+ years of public practice experience</li>\n<li>Familiarity with the issues and challenges faced by small-to-medium sized businesses</li>\n<li>Independent, highly motivated, and a self-starter</li>\n<li>Multi-tasker and can manage multiple clients simultaneously</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) – and commitment to maintaining an open, transparent dialogue with colleagues and clients</li>\n<li>Effective relationship-builder – we want our clients and co-workers to enjoy working with you!</li>\n<li>‘One Team’ mindset – openness to collaborate with all colleagues and bring positive energy to the team.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Annual Salary Range:</span><span> </span>$55,000 – $85,000</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Are you ready to take your career to new heights?
