This person will work closely with equipment operators, gaining hands-on experience with unique heavy machinery in a variety of environments, learning basic maintenance, and providing consistent, high-quality upkeep of the rig and general working area. The successful candidate must have a strong desire to learn, an energetic work ethic, and be comfortable to get his or her hands dirty.</span></span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">OVERALL GOALS FOR POSITION</span></span><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES, &amp; EXPECTATIONS</span><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; text-decoration: underline\">Equipment Operation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Set-up and provide support operating various drilling equipment, sampling systems, geophysical instruments and other in-situ testing equipment following ConeTec’s procedures in a safe and productive manner. </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Become trained, company-certified and competent to operate numerous types of cone penetrometer and drilling equipment and other pieces of equipment within our extensive fleet.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Provide timely assistance to Engineers and Technicians as required.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Assist with the mobilization and demobilization of equipment in hard-to-access environments. </span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Perform routine maintenance on various pieces of equipment to ensure optimal performance.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
