In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle accounting tasks, including month-end financial close and year-end activities, reconciliations, financial reporting &amp; analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Your efforts will contribute to the financial health and operational efficiency of the company.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<p><br>• Maintain and oversee daily accounting operations, including accruals and general ledger entries.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, analysis, and management reports.<br>• Reconcile bank accounts, payroll, and ensure accurate cash flow monitoring.<br>• Conduct full-cycle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations. <br>• Maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.<br>• Support budget preparation and variance analysis for strategic decision-making.<br>• Collaborate with external auditors during audit and ensure proper &amp; complete documentation.<br>• Continuously improve accounting procedures and processes to enhance efficiency.</li>\n<li>Monitor project budgets, costs, and billing in coordination with the project management team.</li>\n<li>Ensure revenue and expenses are properly allocated to corresponding projects and calculate revenue accrual/deferral based on percentage of completion.</li>\n<li>Assist with software deferred revenue &amp; cogs calculation, tracking, and reporting.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<p><br>• Proven experience in accounting or a related financial role.<br>• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MS Dynamics, or similar).<br>• Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.<br>• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.<br>• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.<br>• Effective communication skills for collaboration and reporting.<br>• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Skills:</span></span></p>\n<p><br>• Familiarity with ERP systems or financial management tools.<br>• Experience in the audit firm, software technology or cybersecurity industry will be an asset.<br>• Knowledge of international accounting standards and tax compliance.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Us?</span><br>Be a vital part of a dynamic finance team at Plurilock Security Inc (TSXV: PLUR) that values collaboration and innovation.
