This role includes mentoring junior team members, managing multiple large-scale projects, and serving as a strategic partner to clients. The Senior Project Manager ensures projects are delivered profitably and align with organizational objectives.</p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial targets.</li><li>Create detailed project plans, including scope of work, milestones, and resource allocation.</li><li>Prepare requests, including but not limited to, drawing requests, fabrication and installation work orders, survey requests, permit requests, and purchase order requests.</li><li>Oversee all phases of project execution, including design, fabrication, and installation.</li><li>Regularly track project performance against the plan, adjusting schedules and resources as necessary to stay on target.</li><li>Facilitate collaboration across teams to streamline project delivery.</li><li>Develop comprehensive project strategies, identifying potential risks and mitigation plans.</li><li>Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Conduct detailed cost analyses and ensure profitability for assigned projects.</li><li>Manage project closeout activities, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.</li><li>After project completion, assess project performance, document lessons learned, and identify areas for improvement to inform future projects.Lead end-to-end project execution for high-complexity projects.</li><li>Mentor and provide guidance to Project Managers and Coordinators.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of escalation for project-related issues.</li><li>Ensure alignment between project execution and company goals.</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager or 3-5 years of experience in project management, including leadership roles.</li><li>PMP Certification strongly preferred.</li><li>Proven ability to manage high-complexity projects with multiple stakeholders.</li><li>Expertise in financial analysis and contract negotiation.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in project management software and methodologies.</li><li>Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.</li></ul><p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><p>Manual dexterity to operate a computer and perform administrative tasks. Visual acuity (with correction) and the ability to speak and hear. Primarily sedentary work, with occasional walking, standing, or carrying of light materials.</p><p><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT</strong></p><ul><li>The work environment includes both office settings and manufacturing facilities.
