This individual will partner closely with the CEO, Board, investors, and executive leadership team to execute the company’s strategic vision while creating scalable systems and processes that support long-term growth.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><h3>Operational Leadership</h3><ul><li>Lead day-to-day operations across a multi-site healthcare platform</li><li>Drive operational consistency, patient experience, employee engagement, and financial performance across all locations</li><li>Establish and maintain performance standards, KPIs, and accountability throughout the organization</li><li>Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve productivity, quality, and profitability</li><li>Develop scalable infrastructure and processes to support continued growth</li></ul><h3>Growth & Scale</h3><ul><li>Partner with the CEO and investors to execute growth initiatives and long-term strategic objectives</li><li>Support de novo expansion, acquisitions, and integration efforts</li><li>Evaluate market opportunities and operational readiness for growth</li><li>Lead post-acquisition integration planning and execution</li><li>Build organizational structure capable of supporting future expansion</li></ul><h3>Leadership & Talent Development</h3><ul><li>Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing leaders throughout the organization</li><li>Build leadership bench strength and succession plans</li><li>Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, execution, and continuous improvement</li><li>Coach regional and field leadership teams to improve operational performance</li></ul><h3>Financial Performance</h3><ul><li>Partner closely with Finance to improve revenue, profitability, labor productivity, and cost management</li><li>Drive achievement of EBITDA targets and operational performance goals</li><li>Utilize data and analytics to support decision making and operational improvements</li><li>Monitor and improve key business metrics across all locations</li></ul><h3>Clinical & Patient Experience Support</h3><ul><li>Partner with clinical leadership to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance</li><li>Improve patient satisfaction, retention, and overall experience</li><li>Support initiatives focused on clinical outcomes and operational efficiency</li><li>Ensure operational alignment with organizational standards and healthcare regulations</li></ul><h3>Executive Partnership</h3><ul><li>Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors</li><li>Present operational updates, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations</li><li>Partner with private equity sponsors and investors on growth planning and value creation initiatives</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Recruiting, Marketing, Development, Revenue Cycle, and Clinical Leadership</li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred</li><li>10+ years of progressive leadership experience within healthcare services</li><li>Prior COO, Regional Vice President, SVP Operations, President, or similar executive leadership experience</li><li>Experience leading multi-site healthcare organizations</li><li>Strong understanding of healthcare operations, workforce management, patient experience, and operational performance metrics</li><li>Demonstrated success scaling organizations through periods of rapid growth</li><li>Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, and multi-site expansion initiatives</li><li>Strong financial acumen with a track record of driving EBITDA growth and operational performance</li><li>Proven ability to lead large teams across multiple markets and organizational levels</li><li>Exceptional communication, leadership, and change management skills</li></ul>",
