This role translates manufacturing and operational requirements into scalable ERP configurations, integrations, and reporting solutions that support production performance, data integrity, and long-term system stability.</p><p>This position is ideal for an experienced ERP-focused analyst who understands discrete manufacturing environments and thrives at the intersection of technology, process, and operations.</p><h3>What You&rsquo;ll Do</h3><ul><li>Lead or co-lead full ERP implementation lifecycles, including requirements, UAT, testing, and go-live readiness</li><li>Translate manufacturing processes into structured system configurations and technical specifications</li><li>Partner with Operations, plant leadership, IT development, and vendors to ensure ERP solutions align with shop floor realities</li><li>Support data migration, integrations, reporting validation, and KPI accuracy</li><li>Ensure system governance, documentation standards, and change control discipline</li><li>Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing workflows through structured methodologies</li></ul><h3>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</h3><ul><li>7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role</li><li>Proven experience in discrete manufacturing environments</li><li>Hands-on leadership in at least one full ERP implementation</li><li>Strong understanding of production planning, inventory, costing, and shop floor processes</li><li>SQL and reporting experience</li><li>Ability to work independently, drive clarity, and challenge assumptions</li></ul><h3>Preferred Experience</h3><ul><li>NetSuite or similar mid-market ERP platforms</li><li>Configure-to-order or custom manufacturing</li><li>Multi-plant operations</li><li>Privately held manufacturing organizations</li></ul><h3>Why Join Valley Cabinet</h3><p>At Valley Cabinet, IT and Operations work as true partners.
