Quality engineers are also responsible for the creation of documentation that reports issues and errors relating to the production process with efforts placed to find a solution.</span></span></p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Assignment of Functions or Duties:</strong><br />\n• Interfaces with customers, suppliers, and with other departments within the company to identify and resolve quality-related issues and ensure Customer Satisfaction.<br />\n• Coordinate MRB activities for relevant product lines.<br />\n• Develop APQP documentation including Process Flows, FMEAs, and Control Plans, including updates as required.<br />\n• Define and/or develop appropriate inspection method/plans including the use of relevant statistical techniques.<br />\n• Coordinate process/product improvements using 6-sigma, 8D, and other improvement tools.<br />\n• Evaluate First Article submissions, both internal and from suppliers.<br />\n• Participate in defining and/or updating quality assurance policies and procedures.<br />\n• When requested, conduct audits of processes of ArmorWorks’ QMS.<br />\n• When requested, conduct training on quality assurance concepts and tools.</span></span></p>",
