          "text": "<p><strong>Location:&#xa0;</strong>Philadelphia to NYC - This role offers flexibility for daily work location, but candidates must reside in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or New York and be within a reasonable travel distance of our Philadelphia office, as regular in-person collaboration is required.</p><p>Join our DevOps/SRE team as a key contributor responsible for building secure CI/CD pipelines, supporting application lifecycles, and driving automation across our cloud environments. This role blends hands-on engineering with mentorship and occasional sprint leadership.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Platform &amp; Automation</strong></p><ul><li>Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using modern tooling.</li><li>Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using IaC (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi).</li><li>Improve deployment, packaging, monitoring, and observability processes.</li></ul><p><strong>Security &amp; Cloud Operations</strong></p><ul><li>Embed security into infrastructure, pipelines, and application delivery.</li><li>Enforce compliance, IAM policies, vulnerability scanning, and cloud security best practices.</li><li>Manage and optimize AWS environments, including cost control.</li></ul><p><strong>Reliability &amp; Support</strong></p><ul><li>Troubleshoot production issues and support on-call rotations.</li><li>Contribute to incident response, runbook improvement, and SLA adherence.</li><li>Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for proactive issue identification.</li></ul><p><strong>Collaboration &amp; Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Participate in Agile events and SRE sprints.</li><li>Mentor junior engineers and support planning and estimation efforts.</li><li>Engage in architecture and strategy discussions to improve delivery and reliability</li></ul>",
