    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job/Position:</span><span> Recovery Navigator</span><br><span>Supervised by</span><span>:</span><br><span>Program Manager</span><br></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">GENERAL DESCRIPTION</span><span>:</span><br></p>\n<p><span>Maintains the therapeutic atmosphere by upholding policies and</span><br><span>procedures to assure order, safety, and da</span><span>y to day routines appropriate to adult clients with</span><br><span>substance abuse disorders or co</span><span>-</span><span>occurring disorders. They ensure continuity for the efforts of the</span><br><span>treatment staff between the daytime and evening hours, and between the weekday and weekend</span><br><span>hours. This pe</span><span>rson coordinates various aspects of the clients’ treatment needs including</span><br><span>orientation and assisting with admissions and discharges.
