Description
Project Manager
Weisinger Incorporated is seeking a Project Manager to join our Commercial Drilling team at our Willis, Texas location. This role manages the full lifecycle of water‑well drilling projects from estimating and contract execution to field coordination and client communication—while ensuring safety, quality, and seamless collaboration across all operations.
Job Summary
Responsible for assisting the department manager with the coordination and execution of various projects. The Project Manager will also serve as the liaison between all operations personnel.
Essential Functions, Roles and Responsibilities The following list includes essential duties and responsibilities. Perform all activities in accordance with all policies, principles, and procedures established by the Company.
Manage contract processes including estimating, bidding, and execution of well contracts.
Communicate with various clients, engineers, and hydrologists to identify project specifications.
Coordinate with general contractors and subcontractors as needed.
Accurately process pay requests and invoices in a timely manner.
Coordinate with field supervisors and personnel when necessary.
Collaborate with QA/QC and HSE to ensure employees are adhering to the company safety guidelines.
Assist with HR functions of the department as needed.
Ability to operate a computer effectively and the ability to use Microsoft Office products and other software applications effective to manage information
Perform other duties as assigned, which may include working in another role or in another department as needed
Position Requirements
Successfully pass a background check, including an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with Company policy
Valid U.S. Driver's License required
Successfully pass pre-employment drug test and physical, depending on position
Employment Eligibility Verification (Form I-9 and E-Verify). The Company participates in E-Verify and will submit information from your completed Form I-9 to E-Verify to confirm your employment eligibility

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred
Two to five years related experience and/or training related to Construction Management
Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation Water Well Driller and Pump Installer master license is preferred
Valid Texas Driver's License, required
Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Working knowledge of HSE Management System audits, HSE compliance audits, documentation development, document control, and records management. Demonstrated experience in human performance principles, incident and accident reviews, injury case management, behavior‑based safety programs, HSE training development and implementation, and environmental aspects including hazard identification and risk assessment.
