If who we are and what we do resonates with you, we invite you to join our high-performance team!\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>Develops and implements methods and procedures for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection to ensure that the products are free of flaws and function as designed | Designs and installs sophisticated testing equipment and performs product testing and analysis to maintain quality levels and minimize defects and failure rates | Analyzes reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions | Collaborates with supplier representatives on quality problems, ensures that effective corrective actions are implemented and contributes to supplier quality improvement programs\n<h2>Impact of the Role</h2>\n<h3>General Profile</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervises the daily activities of support staff or production team members. Does not typically perform the work supervised</li>\n <li>Must have any type of one direct report or more</li>\n <li>Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors</li>\n <li>Problem solving is guided by policies and procedures; receives guidance and oversight from manager</li>\n <li>Consistent exercise of discretion & judgment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Essential Functions</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervises inspections of raw materials, equipment, processes and finished products. </li>\n <li>Implements quality standards and ensures protocols are followed for quality assurance testing models. </li>\n <li>Assists in the design and implementation of policies and procedures for testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and/or equipment. </li>\n <li>Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. </li>\n <li>Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination with concurrence from HR & General Managers. </li>\n <ul>\n  <h2>Required Qualifications</h2>\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>Required education and experience:</strong> Associate's Degree and 5-7 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience</li>\n   <li><strong>Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills:</strong> Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li>\n  </ul>\n  <h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>Preferred education and experience:</strong> Bachelor's Degree</li>\n   <li><strong>Discipline/Major:</strong> Engineering degree preferred</li>\n   <li><strong>Knowledge, skills & abilities:</strong> Management Skills.
