Uses appropriate care guidelines; policies, procedures and standards in daily care assignment. Communicates pertinent patient information/data to the RN on an ongoing and timely basis. Provides care related to personal hygiene, activities of daily living, and comfort measures. Completes patient care as assigned by the RN. Gathers data related to patient response to assigned interventions and reports to RN as appropriate.
