The ideal candidate will review aerospace and commercial documents/parts that are fabricated and processed by Skills Inc. for compliance with engineering specifications, AS9100, NADCAP, and the company&#39;s quality system requirements.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Validate and correct performance monitoring data.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Interpret data, analyze results, and provide detailed reports for reporting and communications needs.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Create First Article Inspection Reports for entry into Net-Inspect&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Identify opportunities through data analysis for process improvement and increased efficiency.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Use methodical and systemic analytical approaches to perform effective Root Cause Corrective Analysis (RCCA).</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Develop, document, and deliver end-user training on changes and enhancements to process improvements.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Track and report the status of Corrective Actions and quality performance data.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Assess quality performance trends and lead corrective action efforts.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Participate in and contribute towards process improvement initiatives and goals.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintain them over time.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Comply with all federal, state, company, and customer requirements.</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions with concrete and abstract variables.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Experience with the manufacture, fabrication, assembly, application of protective finishes, and inspection of structural aerospace products.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Advanced knowledge of quality engineering theories, principles, inspection techniques, tools, and equipment. &nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Advanced knowledge of aerospace and commercial drawings, blueprints, parts lists, and associated documents.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Advanced computer literacy in a Windows environment, including proficiency with MS Office.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Excellent at technical writing.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ability to effectively communicate complex technical issues to others and to work cooperatively with both internal and external customers.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ability to effectively assess and implement continuous improvement techniques to quality and operational functions.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Excellent attention to detail.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ability to establish goals and objectives to complete projects in a timely manner.</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>LANGUAGE SKILLS</strong></p><p>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to read, write, and communicate in English through verbal communication, American Sign Language, or adaptive technology</p><p><strong>CONFIDENTIALITY</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>This position may require access to sensitive information, which must be handled with the utmost discretion.
