Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Administrative Assistant provides organizational and operational support with a primary focus on administering the comprehensive business management platform, Ninety.io. This role ensures leadership and teams are effectively using Ninety.io for goal tracking, meeting management, accountability, and process documentation. The position also supports general administrative and coordination tasks across the organization.
This position is 100% onsite in Argos, IN.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrator for the Ninety.io platform. Maintain, organize, and update Ninety.io data, including: Rocks (company, departmental, and individual) To-Dos and accountability tracking Issues lists Scorecards and KPIs Core Processes and SOP documentation Prepare, manage, and publish Ninety.io agendas for: Level 10 (L10) meetings Quarterly and annual planning sessions Leadership and departmental meetings Ensure meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups are accurately documented and assigned Monitor completion of To-Dos and follow up with owners as needed Assist leadership with quarterly and annual planning setups within the system Maintain consistency and data hygiene across the platform Support onboarding and training for team members using Ninety.io Troubleshoot basic system issues and act as liaison with Ninety.io support when needed General Administrative Support
