Description

Objectives and Expectations: Provide core customer service and administrative support to clients and employees with general HR, benefits and payroll questions and concerns Prepare new hire, benefits and separation packages, assist with on-boarding new employees, and process new hire / termination information into system Verify employee paperwork for accuracy and completeness Provide follow up and guidance to clients and employees on missing and/or incomplete paperwork Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll, auditing timecards, calculating hours, tracking/maintaining PTO requests, distributing reports, etc. Maintain all employee files, HR paperwork and distribute mail/faxes Support clients and team members with miscellaneous HR functions as needed Assist in the development of internal systems and processes to increase the efficiency of HR You – 3+ years administrative / HR experience; extremely high level of attention to detail; excellent time management and follow through skills; must be a team player and have a “no job is too big or too small” attitude; exceptional communication skills both verbal and written; ability to multi-task while remaining composed and professional; strong desire to develop within the HR field; enthusiasm for customer service and building relationships; ability to follow verbal and written direction with minimal supervision; proficient with Microsoft Office suite - excellent Excel skills a plus!; Us - competitive benefits, collaborative work environment, equal opportunity employer.
