Job Overview: We are seeking a hands-on and people-focused HR Manager to help lead our growing Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be a skilled HR Business Partner with a strong foundation in employee relations, compliance, and talent development—paired with a genuine passion for supporting employees and managers alike. This role offers an opportunity to make a real impact by leading HR initiatives, mentoring junior team members, and driving operational excellence across a multi-location business. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted HR partner to leaders across departments and locations, providing guidance on employee relations, team performance, and development Lead or support key HR programs including onboarding, performance reviews, employee recognition, and engagement efforts Supervise, mentor, and develop HR team members (if applicable), fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational design that aligns with business strategy Manage workplace investigations and ensure fair, consistent application of company policies Stay up to date on state and federal labor laws to ensure compliance and minimize risk Support ongoing talent development efforts, including training, career pathing, and performance coaching Help build and refine HR processes, tools, and reporting to improve team efficiency and experience What We Offer: Health benefits including medical, dental, vision, & life insurance 401(k) retirement with company match On-site full gym & basketball/pickle-ball court Weekly pay with incentives and bonuses Company events & parties for individuals & families Vacation pay & paid time off Additional Info: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen is required.
