After all, our goal is to win Kansas City and make it a better place to live, work and bank!</span>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0px;\"><br></p><p><span style=\"color: black;\">The <strong>Business Banker</strong> is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales goals by building, developing and managing new and existing relationships with business members on behalf of our credit union. More than 70% of a <strong>Business Banker&rsquo;s</strong> time is dedicated to building, developing and maintaining profitable lending and deposit relationships with new and existing members. This position consults with members and prospects at their place of business in order to understand current business practices and identify financial goals and needs.
