    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Come join our amazing team&nbsp;and work in our office in Orange!</strong></p><p>The Loss Mitigation Post Closing Representative will be responsible for receipt, monitoring, preparation, quality assurance, and delivery of modification collateral documents to appropriate agency (FHA, VA, USDA), Collateral Department, and Custodian. Ensure compliance in conjunction with HAMP, FHA, VA, USDA, and Ginnie Mae document fulfillment requirements for Loan Modifications, Partial Claims, and Mortgage Recovery Advances (“MRA”). Provide reporting as requested by Manager/Supervisor on loan status. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $19.00-$22.00 per&nbsp;hour Plus monthly incentives.</p><p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Receive, review and prepare modification documents for recording and/or send to vendor partner and assist vendor partner with recording rejects.</li><li>Monitor receipt and delivery of applicable Loan Modification documents to appropriate agency for purposes of recording and collateral requirements.</li><li>Work with third party vendor to track recording timelines and remediate recording exceptions/rejections as needed.</li><li>Request collateral delivery extensions from applicable insurer/agency as needed to ensure compliance to program requirements.</li><li>Ensure collateral documents are properly executed and delivered timely to Collateral Department and/or custodian.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>What you'll need:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent work experience.</li><li>Two (2) or more years’ mortgage experience.</li><li>One (1) or more years of loss mitigation experience preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of HAMP, FHA, VA, USDA, and Ginnie Mae Loss Mitigation document requirements, deliverables, and timelines required.</li><li>Knowledge of mortgage industry concepts, practices and procedures.</li><li>Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite – Word, Excel, etc.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Our Company:</strong></p><p>Carrington Mortgage Services&nbsp;is part of The Carrington Companies,&nbsp;which provide integrated, full-lifecycle mortgage loan servicing assistance to borrowers and investors, delivering exceptional customer care and programs that support borrowers and their homeownership experience.
