    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job description</span></p>\n<p>We are seeking talented individuals to join our care giving team at Florence Home. Qualified candidates must have a passion for working with the elderly and be committed to upholding our core values of Integrity, Dignity, Teamwork, and Compassion.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">As a Maintenance Assistant, you will:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Repair drywall and paint as needed or at the direction of your supervisor</li>\n<li>Maintain building grounds, including lawn care, snow removal and general outdoor upkeep</li>\n<li>Perform maintenance tasks for all buildings, equipment and grounds including basic plumbing and electrical repair</li>\n<li>Cooperate to ensure that maintenance staff is on call 24 hours a day.</li>\n<li>Go above and beyond your assigned duties to help with any reasonable resident or teammate request</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We require our Maintenance Assistants to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have prior experience in drywall repair, painting and general maintenance and have knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical repair, and use of grounds care equipment</li>\n<li>Be able to lift 75 pounds from ground to waist level and able to push or pull 100 pounds.</li>\n<li>Be able to fluently read, write, speak and understand English</li>\n<li>Have a high school diploma or equivalent</li>\n<li>Have a valid in good standing driver’s license and a clean criminal record</li>\n<li>Arrive on time and work as scheduled</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Job Type: Full-time</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You may also apply in person at Florence home (7915 N 30th St, Omaha, Nebraska) Between the hours of 8:30AM and 3:00PM; Monday -Friday</span></p>\n<p>Note: This job description may not encompass all the duties required for this position.
